Kelsie started raising rabbits three years ago strictly as a 4-H project.  She had two Mini-Lops that year for our county fair.  While traveling to a 4-H show in Prescott, Az, she found a breeder that was selling Tan rabbits. The breeder told her that she was purchasing a mean doe, but that didn't discourage Kelsie.  A couple of months later she picked up three more Tans at Arizona State Convention and her breeding project began. 

Tan rabbits are her real passion and she couldn't imagine a day without these lively little rabbits. 

This year we have also started raising Mini-Rex.  Much assistance has been provided by Maximus Mini-Rex Rabbitry (AKA Gina Layton), and Tiffane Astle of Tiffane's Mini-Rex.  With the help of these amazing Mini-Rex breeders, Kelsie hopes to build a competitive herd.  She will be concentrating on Black, Broken Black, Castor, and Himi Marked varieties.  

It is our mission to help youth and new breeders because we are actively involved in youth projects. We only sell quality show animals.  This might mean a waiting period is necessary for us to ensure our animals being top quality stock.  

Our Rabbitry

We work out of fifty-two rabbit holes and thirty-five cavy holes. 

Who We Are

We are Kelsie Grimsley and Michelle Vielbig.   We are passionate about raising rabbits and cavies and travel quite a bit to various shows with our assortment of show animals. 

 Kelsie is the true breeder in our Rabbitry with me being the driver, carrier, loader, and financial supporter!

Our Cavairy

Kelsie currently raises American Silver Solids, Broken Coronets and Silkies, and Broken Texels. 

Kelsie's Coronet and Silky line has been developed through generous support from Mike Welsh of Carrot Patch Cavairy.

 Her Texel line comes from Armando Cabrera and his tremendous support has ensured that Kelsie has been raising outstanding curly pigs!

 Both Mike and Armando have also generously given of their time to teach Kelsie how to raise and groom these difficult long hair pigs.
